A 59-year old Vietnam veteran working as an engineer slipped and fell on the walkway at a local auto dealership after a winter storm. The area in which the Plaintiff fell was known to ice up from the regular discharge of water coming from a roof drain. The Plaintiff fractured his ankle and fell directly onto his back.
